Bharwa Bhindi is a popular Indian dish and We add a lot of spices while making ladyfinger vegetable, which makes it very tasty.

Bharwa (stuffing) is a spicy spice made with garam masala, turmeric (turmeric), chili powder (red chili), salt and other curry spices. Which is what makes Bharwa Bhindi so delicious. We can add dry roasted gram flour (gram flour) in it and I also added roasted gram flour.

Bhindi (okra) is a very tasty dish and If you prefer you can make this dish in mustard oil. Which lends it a characteristic taste which you will surely love.

Step 1: Ingridiance for making Bharwa bhindi

  • 500 gm Bhindi (Okra)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
  • 2 tsp Salt, or as per taste
  • 2 tsp Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Besan (Gram Flour),
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil.

Step 2: Methods for making Bharwa bhindi

  • First of all, we wash Bhindi thoroughly.
  • Give it time to dry. and If needed you can also use a clean cloth to remove the water.
  • Now Use a knife to remove the upper and lower parts of the Bhindi and make a long cut in the center of the Bhindi.
  • Make Masala for filling the Bhindi by adding Garam Masala, Salt, Haldi (Turmeric Powder), Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder, Saunf (Fennel Seeds), Jeera (Cumin seeds), and lemon juice, gram flour, etc.
  • Add 1 tbsp of oil in the Masala mixture to lubricate it and mix it well.in the Masala mixture.
  • Next, fill Masala in Bhindis and add 1tsp of oil in a frying pan or kadhai.
  • Now put the Bhindi on heated oil.
  • After some time, 2 minutes open the pan to stir/turn the Bhindi. our Bhindi is almost cooked.
  • This should be done delicately so that Bhindis remain intact and at the same time are not over burnt.
  • Reduce flame low and Watch at an interval of 1-2 minutes until then Bhindi changes the dark green in color.
  • Take caution that Bhindi does not stick together or burn.

So finally our Bharwa bhindi is ready. now Transfer Bharwa Bhindi to a serving bowl. Then serve Bharwa bhindi with paratha.
