We will not need many ingredients to make it, we will be able to prepare a very tasty cake with just a few things. To make it, we will need things like biscuits, milk, ghee, Eno, sugar, etc. which are easily available in everyone’s house.

How to make Biscuit cake

  • First, take 6 packets of biscuits and take them out on a plate one by one.

  • Now take a blender and take out the cream of the biscuit and put it in the blender.
  • Now add sugar in biscuits.

  • While we prepare the batter, then spread the salt for baking in a deep pot. and put a stand on it.and then Cover the pan and leave it on high flame for 5 minutes.
  • After that, Grease a cake container with ghee. If you do not have butter paper, then sprinkle some flour and spread it in the whole container.

  • Meanwhile, take out the ground mixture in a bowl. Add 3 spoons of ghee and mix it well.

  • Now add milk to it and mix it well by adding milk little by little, our batter can get wet. The milk should be at room temperature.
  • Add the remaining milk and mix well.
  • Then add 1 sachet Eno and mix well. The batter is ready.
  • Now we had prepared the container in advance, now we will put the batter in it and tap it a bit and set the batter in the container.

  • Now the salt that we put in the deep pot has been heated well, now we will place the cake container on a stand and cover the cake for 45 minutes and bake it on low flame.

  • Turn off the gas after 45 minutes and after that put a knife in the cake to see if the cake is baked or not. If not glued to the knife means the cake has been baked well.
