How to make Awesome Indian Tea

Indian Tea is a very famous beverage. India is in second place in terms of production of tea in the world after China. Including the famous Assam tea and Darjeeling tea. Tea is also the state drink of Assam.

India as the world’s largest consumer of tea uses nearly 30% of the global output In-spite of this India is also the largest exporter of tea after China.

The Ayurveda has a long-standing tradition of herbal teas. traditional India kitchens have long utilized the medicinal benefits [citation needed] offered by various plants and spices such as holy basil (Tulsi) cardamom, (Elaichi ), pepper (kali mirch), licorice (mulethi), mint (pudina), etc.

Traditionally teas made with these plants leaves or spices have been in use for centuries for maladies from the serious to the trifling. Tea is also mixed with these traditional herbs.

The taste of Indian Tea( chai ) is sweet and milky and flavors such as cardamom, clove, and ginger add a great flavor and taste to the tea along with health benefits.

Step 1: prerequisite

Let’s see what things we need to make an awesome cup of Indian Tea.

  1. Milk
  2. Sugar
  3. Tea flakes ( take whatever flavor you like )
  4. Ginger ( only if you did not take flavored tea flakes )
  5. Gas stove ( Obviously )
  6. Water

Step 2: Let’s make awesome Indian Tea

At very first take 1.5 cups of water and put on the gas stove in cooking Bowl.

Then put 1 teaspoon sugar and half teaspoon Tea Flakes (You can use sugar-free if you have any diabetic problems).

After that leave it for some time, till the water is boiled and everything is melt and mix properly.

Now the most important ingredient of the Indian Tea which makes it Indian “Milk”. Take 1 cup of milk and boil it with our other ingredients.

After everything is boiled properly you can add some mashed Ginger for the different taste.

So, no more wait for the Tea. The Tea is ready to serve. You can serve it in a cup or in Kulhar ( a cup of soil ).
