Do you know when it is time for fasting, then we feel like eating something spicy and if we get Dahi Vada, then we feel like awesome.

And to make Falahari Dahi Vada we need some ingredients like potato, Sabudana, peanut, curd, green coriander leaves, and salt and if we want to make our dish more spicy and yummy then we need some more ingredients like Red chili, Green chili, cumin seed, Ginger, etc.

Step 1: Ingredients for making Falahari Dahi Vada

  • 2 small boiled and peeled Potatoes
  • Ginger-green chili paste
  • Cumin seeds
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup plain curd
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Red chili powder,
  • Rock salt
  • Upasachi Green chutney
  • Roasted cumin powder

Step 2: Method for making Falahari Dahi Vada

  • Take boiled potatoes and mash them well.
  • After that add salt, ginger-green chili paste, cumin seeds, and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Then mix everything well together.
  • Now make small balls from the mixture and make round vada of it.
  • When all Vada is rolled out, now you can deep fry them.
  • Fry till the vada turns golden from all sides.
  • After every 3-4 minutes, keep turning the vada so that they are fried evenly from all sides.
  • After that Take plain curd into a bowl.
  • And add sugar powder and a pinch of salt.
  • Then beat the curd really good until it turns creamy. No lumps of curd should be left into it.
  • After that take a bowl. Put vada into it and add curd.
  • Then add a little red chili powder and rock salt.
  • After that add green chutney.
  • And add roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and finely chopped coriander.
  • Now Falahari dahi vada is ready.
