To make Lauki Bhujia, So we need things like Lauki, peanut, green chilies, curry leaves, tomatoes, fennel seed, and rock salt, etc. and this makes Lauki Bhujia very lightweight and tasty and which once After eating, Then feel like eating again and again.

Step: 1 Ingredient for making Lauki Bhujia

  • 1 small Lauki (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/2 tbsp fennel seed
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt

Step: 2 Method for making Lauki Bhujia

  • Now Peel the skin of Lauki and wash thoroughly.
  • Then Grate it with the help of a grater.
  • After that Then wash with tap water.
  • And Now Squeeze out excess water.
  • Now Heat a pan. Add 2 tbsp oil.
  • Once the oil is hot.
  • Then add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and add curry leaves.
  • After that add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
  • Now add coriander powder and red chili powder.
  • After that saute for a minute on low flame.
  • Then add chopped Lauki, peanut and rock salt. Now Mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves.
  • Now Turn off heat and serve hot.
