Most of the time, rice is left after lunch, then I use them to make some such dishes. Such as Masala Rice, Rice Pakoda, Lemon Rice, and one of them is Rice Cutlet which is a wonderful dish made from leftover rice.

You can add green chilies and red chilies in Rice Cutlet as per your requirement or you can also remove them if you are making them for children. And if you want, you can also add boiled potatoes. It is a good evening meal for children. You can use Rice of any type. Just keep in mind that Rice should be cooked well.

We do not even need much material to make it. For this, all we need is a little gram flour, some green chilly, green coriander leaves, red chili powder, and salt as per taste, and if you have lemon juice then you can add it. And even if not, the Cutlet test will be very good.
