Tandoori Raita is a very tasty and delicious recipe. This is an easy and quick dish, we need a clay lamp which we heat. With the help of a clay lamp, the Raita tastes Tandoori. Earlier we used to eat this dish with Dadi’s or Nani’s hands. That is why today I have prepared this dish to bring back the same thing.

It is also very easy to make at home. and we do not need many ingredients to make it. It gets ready by the things which are easily available at home. And also gives native taste in food. Which makes us feel very good and fresh.

Tandoori raita is specially prepared in summer as it gives coolness in the summer season. Which is also good for our health. In the summer, all yogurt is consumed and it will be better if the tandoori test comes in it.

How to make Tandoori Raita

  • First of all, take curd (yogurt).
  • Beat the curd slightly.
  • Take a clay lamp and place it on the gas to heat it.
  • The lamp is kept on the gas until it turns red.
  • When the lamp turns red add oil in it.
  • Allow the oil to heat for a while.
  • Now add cumin seeds and let the cumin seeds crackle.
  • Now lift the lamp and give it to the curd and cover it with the help of a plate.
  • And keep it in aside for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, remove the plate.
  • And now we will remove the clay lamp we put in the curd.
  • Now add crushed red chilies and coriander.
  • Add salt.
  • And mix green coriander with chopped lentils in the last.
  • Now mix all things properly.
  • Our Tandoori Raita is ready to be surveyed.
